Proactive Service
It will be responsible to solve operation system-based problems and to implement the updates created by manufacturer (service pack, bios update, patches etc.) in timely manner.
Project Colsuntancy
During the agreement period, support for various possible IT projects will be provided by experts.
7/24 Option
We provide 7/24 option to our customers for critical systems those may require support out of office hours.
Spare Part Option
It will be ensured system to continue the service in case of failure with redundant units (on-site or in our company) previously specified for critical systems.
